About Us
Fredrick M. Ray has over eighteen years of experience as a litigator before administrative, civil and criminal tribunals. Mr. Ray has handled over two thousand legal matters, with a high success rate, including licensing agency investigations, administrative law hearings, writs of administrative mandamus, appeals, civil lawsuits, and criminal matters, from serious felonies to misdemeanors. Mr. Ray has appeared in more than 40 California courts and before a number of administrative law courts and licensing boards. Mr. Ray has been counsel to licensed professionals including physicians, osteopaths, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, engineers, architects, certified public accountants, insurance brokers, real estate brokers, therapists, and speech language pathologists. Mr. Ray received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and was awarded his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. He serves as a mandatory fee arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association.
John Bishop graduated cum laude from Chapman University School of Law. where he wrote for the prestigious Chapman Law Review, and was its Submissions Editor. He received numerous awards for oral advocacy at a variety of nationwide competitions, including the ABA National Criminal Law trial competition in Chicago. Mr. Bishop has represented a variety of licensed processionals before administrative courts, including physicians, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and real estate salespersons. He is a skilled legal advocate in court, and also has extensive experience in researching and writing briefs for post-conviction and post-decisional appeals. He also teaches as an adjunct professor at Chapman University.
