Fredrick M. Ray has over fifteen years of experience as a litigator before administrative, civil, and criminal courts. Mr. Ray has handled hundreds of civil matters, including administrative law hearings, writs and appeals, civil lawsuits, and more than 1,500 criminal matters, from serious felonies to misdemeanors. Mr. Ray has been counsel to a variety of licensed professionals from such varied occupations as medicine, nursing, insurance sales, real estate sales, therapy, car sales, accountancy, engineering, elder care and auto repair.
